This year I visited a Christmas Market in Lana - a village in South Tyrol in northern Italy. Lana is located near Merano and is known for its agricultural surroundings and small-town character. The Christmas market offered decorated stalls, warm food, hot drinks, and a variety of sweets, which are typical features of Christmas markets in South Tyrol.

What was special though, was a postcard stand, where everyone could send a custom-made Christmas postcard for free! I took the chance to send a couple of postcards, of course.
